Dakota- no ciggies or alcohol

Day 1- my kidneys are sore. I am hanging for a smoke. I quickly drink a glass of water and hmkave committed to reading min of 10 pages of my latest book , reading a non fiction book with simple plot can keep you entertained and mind off ofher things. 3 things today i can committ to are;

  1. Read my book
  2. Go for a walk or gym (i have not been in 6 mths so that is a big step will let u know how i go at end of day )
  3. Water bores me so I am going to put some orange slices or mint in it. Drink min of 1 litre
    today.!! Does anyone have any other suggestions?

If you can, line up some supplements to help you recover. B-12, milk thistle, L-glutamine, ect. I’m no expert, but there’s many posts on here about the subject.

If water bores you, you can explore tea’s…lavendar or green tea is great for relaxation.
