Just really sad today. I dont get it. So hungover and only slept 1 hoir, now I have to work a night shift and I really feel like shit

What changes can you make to stop this from happening again, what tm tool or tools can you add to your sobriety toolbox ?

I’m sorry to hear.
In the beginning I would tell myself I could have a drink tomorrow. Of course tomorrow never comes but it worked until I could get some meds from my Dr.
Just don’t drink today
