Well guys today is day one for me not smoking. I have a job that i work from 7 am to 4:45 and everything does smooth until i get home from work like today the headaches start kicking in and everything just starts to fall out of place but 8 hours I’m at work no headaches or anything i feel good while i am at work it’s just when i get home.

I’m glad you checked in. I was concerned for you. I just came down hard on your last post. I don’t do that a lot, but I was just really concerned that you were going to give up.
Keep checking in, every hour, if necessary.

Keep up the good job! I’m on day 130 again with no weed or alcohol. I won’t lie I think of it daily but I stay busy so I wont think about it. If you need anything please reach out. This a great group.

That’s the spirit @Gabeb99 never give up never surrender I can’t lie the first days are like hell but it’ll get better for sure the longer you stay sober
