Aww dude, I was just there! Stay strong. Its the worst. I quit cold turkey after 10 years Im 24 days sober today. going for one year. Go to a.a. even if u dont like it. I hate it kinda still, but I keep going because Ik thats where I will get the strength to continue this hard crazy journey. I would be freezing n sweating. Feel like I have a hangover even if i never drank. short tempered. After u get passed that it gets better just keep coming back here

Wow so many of you starting day one, it’s always good to have a sober twin, maybe quadruples in this case, support each other and make full use of the forums and community support, hope not to see relapses for you newbies, sobriety is awesome, not easy but definitely worth it
