Day 11 Struggling with cravings

I’ve been doing so well lately but today I’ve been having the strongest cravings. I’m trying my hardest not to relapse right now but it’s incredibly difficult. Anyone have any effective distractions for when your cravings feel overwhelming?

Make sure you’re well hydrated and not hungry. Physical exercise helps - I’m partial to yoga and meditation.
And try to find a distraction. I’ve had a rough time the last few days, and I decided to finally organize my bead box. Teeny, tiny seed beads that were all jumbled together are now separated by color. It helps me to organize physical chaos when my mind is feeling chaotic.
