Day 3 No Smoking

Ok well first of all I am sorry for my bad English.
Quit smoking 3 days ago and the first 2 days were quite difficult, what helped was a good routine, exercise and a balanced diet. Not smoking left an empty space for me and that had to be refilled with discipline.

What pushed me to quit smoking was the constant feeling of disgust about myself.

Take care of yourself like you would take care of a person that you love.
