Day 3 of relaping

Put on the brakes- stop- stand up this moment - and take back the control of your mind and body . Forgive yourself and swallow . Realize you are important and that you love yourself . Go to war with your addiction . Your ammo is meetings, a sponsor if possible , prayer where applicable and lastly , a desire to change your behavior. It’s work and a lot of time . You will fall down along the way. As the days pass , using your tools of recovery you’ll get stronger . The point is get up and keep trying. Keep moving. Don’t stop for failures to happen . You can do this - one step at a time.
