Awesome job on day 3! Day four myself, keep fighting the good fight friend, we got this. One day at a time. A quote I heard that I think on that really helps me is: The past is gone, tomorrow isn’t here yet so all we have is today. Goes something like that but it really helps me put this in perspective and take it day by day. This app really helps and I enjoy checking in every morning, take care and congrats on day 3
