So I been using drugs n alcohol for bout 17 yrs. And I’m now 39 days sober but it seems like ,soon as I got sober. I am constantly sick.i woke up today Soo tired n drained and I think I have a sinus infection. Couple weeks ago I had a kidney infection. Like man when I was activly using I was never sick…###this sucks

I hear ya! I hadn’t been sick for years because my body was to inhospitable to viruses and whatnots from pickling myself every day. Now that I’m not drunk all the time; we shall see. You just have to tough it out. eat right and drink plenty of water and orange juice!
