Hello all, newbie here and 9 hours into my Day One! My first accomplishment so far has been leaving alcohol off of my shopping list - I have severe agoraphobia and do my shopping online.
I’ve had a drinking problem for 16 years and have only been sober for 20 days straight in that time.
I’m hoping this forum will help if my cravings become too much, specially when payday comes around again!

Im almost a day in after 18 year of a drinking problem and know how hard and toxic the cycle can be! Every day we go to bed is not only a victory for ourselves, but for each other!
