I had to quit smoking in a long with that I quit drinking so yes it’s been hard on me but after you get over one or two months it gets easier so I’m on one year and 3 months of not drinking and I’m on 5 days a non-smoking so yeah it’s a little rough but if you stick in there you can do it trust me because I smoke for about 20 years and I drunk for like 23 years
28 year of heavy smoking - i was able to quit by using nicorette and also the below hypnosis app. I was surprised at how well it worked
I’m on day 21 no smokes and I found when I have a craving I exhale for double the amount of time I inhale (I hope that makes sense)
Eg
Inhale for 3 seconds
Exhale for 6 seconds
