Yay! You did it. The hardest day is day one. There is a saying, “If you can go one day, you can go a lifetime.” I am at 16 days today, and I am motivated to keep it up as long as possible. For so long I couldn’t( or wouldn’t, actually) go even one day without drinking. I know now th t I can and so do you! Welcome. Glad you are here
