Caught up on last Friday! 10 rounds, couldn’t be bothered to start round 11, even though I still had some time left to recover…
Got 12 today. I always stop because I’m out of breath not out of time. Next time I’m going to force myself to go until I’m out of time
How does the challenge work?
Hi Anna, there is a video at the beginning of this thread explaining the challenge. Basically you go by the minute, each round (minute) you have to add 1 more burpee to the round. Round 1 -1 burpee, round 2 - 2 burpees and so on. Every minute that passes you have more burpees to do, and less time to recover. At round 5/6 you’ll start to feel that things will get bad! We usually do this once a week on Fridays, just for fun (or for pain). I missed last Friday, and therefore did it today. Feel free to join, if you’re in to burpees! 🏋🏻♀
I use the SMARTWOD app, to make it easier. The app will mark the minutes with “beeps”.

I skipped through the vid to see what it was about and stopped exactly where she was detailing what not to do with your burpee. She proceeded to then do the type of burpee that im doing haha.
