Hi.

I’m 45, stopped my abuse of alcohol last summer. Sober 288 days now, and loving it.
Wondering if theres any other Danes in here.

Congratulations on your 288 days sobriety. That’s awesome. You should be so proud of you have achieved.

American. But 100% Danish. My family is from Aarhus. They landed in 1880s.

Wow, thats so cool, when they landed, what did they do?
I mean, did they go West and became cowboys and ranchers.?
Were they golddiggers.?
Stayed in NY or.?

My four year old is part Dane. His grandfather (my father in law) came from Denmark with his family as a child in 1950s to Canada. I plan to take him to Denmark one day. And Scotland, where some of my ancestors are from

I am Danish. And nearly 200 days sober from alcohol. I have only found one other Dane here.
