Kinda demolishes many of the lies drinkers tell themselves, to justify their drinking. I hear many of the same ones I used to tell myself.
On another note: this popped up in my YouTube feed out of nowhere, right after I did a Google search for studies on the percentages of AUD in the US.

His reaction was great, very real. I remember the woman sitting in the beer garden type thing with white wine, I believe successfully moderating. I thought she was an alien. I was very newly sober.

That’s it Tommo. We have to be open to these things. If I remember correctly I was literally 4 weeks sober. There’s a thread on here that I seem to recall @RedDragon posted.
