Since I’m still working at the treatment center I used that as a way to help me stay on track. But I am going to transfer to work at the jailhouse with inmates and I am required to be working a program. I don’t want to go back to AA or NA, and I am also studying Buddhism so I figured Refuge Recovery would be my best fit.
Can someone on here explain to me how Refuge Recovery works?
I’ve participated in refuge recovery for a few years. For me it’s been a great supplement to my 12 step program. I don’t think I would have found my sobriety without AA, but I love RR for my spiritual growth.
