Drinks you enjoy

I am definitely enjoying being sober right now. I drink a lot of water throughout the day and coffee in the morning. I do not drink soda. So I am wondering what does everyone prefer to treat themselves with? I love citrus and I cant drink coffee ALL day :sweat_smile:

I drink water nonstop as well. I absolutely love diet ginger ale but I try not to drink it as much as when I first got sober. Sometimes I’ll make a pitcher of water with lemons and cucumber in it to change it up!

is this a round-about way of asking about non-alcoholic beer?(what’s the point!)

idk, i never drank for the taste, and i never went to the bar to “just drink” if you know what i mean.. if im still going to bars drinking na beer? well, the scary cat is out of the bag, you’ll know why.

I drink soda water with a dash of cordial in it, or apple cider vinegar. I don’t drink any dealcoholised drinks because 1) I’m worried they’ll trigger cravings for the real thing and 2) they cost the same as alcoholic drinks here in Oz (ie. too much) and I (perhaps unreasonably) don’t believe them when they say it costs the same amount of money to produce them.

Mountain Dew Baja blast, spring Water, watermelon juice, Lacroix sparkling water, milk, YooHoo, coffee, Kool-Aid, Coconut water, Gatorade , poppi soda and lately I’ve been drinking these hugs which used to have a lot of sugar but they must’ve change the formula because there’s only 1 g of sugar and vitamins and it’s actually refreshing..

I get on average at least 20,000 steps a day and bike over 100 miles a week sometimes 150 so I definitely drink a lot of liquids and especially with sodium and electrolytes.. plus with living in Florida

No sugar added juices,(can be hard to find without artificial sweeteners but they’re out there) flavored sparkling water, decaf coffee, and liquid IV!

Liquid IV is awesome. I definitely like the packets and tablets that you add to water. it’s easy for me to bring in my book bag. have you ever had these tablets..?

They are pretty affordable and really refreshing I’m pretty sure there’s no sugar or barely any sugar

I drink mainly water but also LOVE me a Rootbeer Olipop! It’s super healthy and delicious :face_savoring_food:

I have had the liquid iv. I have had similar tablets. I will have to try those especially picking up exercise regularly

No I am not in need of any NA drinks. Those seem like a bad idea. Just looking for something to drink other than water here and there. Thanks for the advice

Besides my coffee I enjoy la Croix/ Bubbly, clearly Canadian, liquid death, cocoa, ginger ale, herbal teas

Fruit smoothies and vegetable juices are also great

I don’t really care for soda so I usually have coffee in the morning then water and ice tea during the day and herbal tea at night. I drink a sleepytime tea at night to help with sleep. I’m a stickler for routine but I like some of your ideas here. I’ll have to try some.

Nesspresso pods are the best for my morning coffee. Soo creamy and good.

Water all day!

I Stopped coffee decades ago and fizzy drinks i like still water and peppermint tea and most herbal ones aswell
