Im in for Dry January, this will be my first time sober for one month in 15 years! Very exciting and scary at same time!

Thanks friend. Day 1 or 3 or 10,000, it doesn’t matter. It’s one day at a time for all of us. And the more the stronger we are. Hope to see more from you, sharing, supporting, being supported. This place has been such a huge help for me. Hope it can be for you too. Take your time to look around and get acquainted with the place. So many good folks here!

Emotions have been WILD the last few days. Haven’t cried this much sense i was 17. 29 now. Crazy. Alcohol made me a stone faced emotionless wreck haha
