@Jo12…thanks for liking a post of mine from FOUR years ago. I just reread it and the wonderful responses I got. And as things turn out…that was my turning point. In March 2021 I quit. I celebrated 4 years sobriety on March 5th and am still celebrating today. Thank you for unearthing this post!!

March is a great month for quitting the alcohol race. (just like any other month or day, LOL) After 17 years of daily drinking. I stopped in March of 1984. It’s now 41 years of daily sobriety.
