I feel like whatever it takes to quit.. a year or 2 ago I would have said no because it has to be for you but the more sobriety I get I realize that this is not a one size fits all thing.. I’m sure there is tons of people that quit for there partner or child and then after some time they were glad they quit and it did become for themselves also.. I feel like whatever it takes to quit the things that are killing you or getting in the way of true freedom and happiness.. and whatever you gotta do to stay sober off those things.
Addiciton is a spectrum disorder. What works for someone might not work for someone else.. The reason for quitting and the inspiration doesn’t matter because with time good things start happening and good changes and then the reasons dont matter.. or why you quit..

I had a type of spirtual awekrning when learned to accept life on lifes terms, along with my journey in sobriety. I may be wrong 🙂 but no proof doesnt mean wrong. Scientifically… there something bigger i believe. Call it god or the universe or whatever, but my spirtual thoughts are a part of my physical self
