Enough junk food

I have found since quitting drinking my card intake has jumped. My weight has also followed. Until getting back down the couple pounds I’ve added I’m sweating off junk food. Today is day 1.

I am with you in spirit. Bit recently swore off nicotine, so not quite there wholly.

I lost like 40 pounds my first 6 months of sobriety, the sugar bug finally caught me and I gained about 10 back. Back on track and able to stay keto again by the grace of God

Me too!! I have the my fitness pal app (have had it for 2 years!) And today I actually logged my breakfast and plan on getting back into do that. It really puts it in perspective.
But as for the carbs…those little buggers are devious!

I would mainly be made up of meat and vegetables…

I would be peanut M&Ms or pecan pie at this point hahaha.
