A dude at work had a Welders mask. Worked great!

Not quite the same experience. It’s good to experience this kind of thing when it happens, because it rarely happens in the same area. I mean, you can watch it online and it’s still beautiful, but I’d recommend seeing one in person at some point.

I had a blast bUT it was dark were I was so it was so much fun! What a high! Way better than drinking. I am so glad I was sober aND not hung over for it. I was able to experience it clearly

I can now mark off seeing an eclipse sober on my list. That’s big seeing how often they come around.
