Dont feel guilty. This illness is hard to fight, but it is not your fault being sick. And if you are here is because you want to get well. That is the first step.

I had 3 glasses of wine last night. My biggest disappointment wasnt that I did so much as having to fess up and reset my counter…I hadn’t had a drink for 20 days :(…so annoyed. Thankfully i didnt get blind drunk. And after 3 I woke up with a headache…shows me that its no good. God only knows how I used to smash through 2 bottles at a time! Time to start again. Not going to hate myself so much this time because after 20 days I have at least proved I AM capable…
