Thank you ! Sore but is getting easier.
Day 19 both and Rasberry WO complete. Threw in 10 min yoga and 10 HIIT. Needless to say I’m exhausted but mentally great. I’ve actually started using fitness+ with Apple that I’ve had since I switched forever ago n just started utilizing the tools lol QUEEN OF PROCRASTINATION 9 more days…

Day 17 done. Achieved side plank position for a whole second both sides. Couldn’t even get in to position last week. Yahoo!

Day 21 & Raspberry Jam completed. Thank you everyone here. I know there’s other fitness threads but I oddly love our little monthly group. I have put a few ideas for next month. I wanted to ask everyone something though…. Are there any considerations that anyone would like of note. I try and do my best to make sure there’s something for everyone. Thanks all.
Just fyi . Jumping is out for me but I can adopt whatever to work for me. I am considering doing February ultimate challenge over now that I am getting stronger. I am so surprised with ME for still being consistent. Hubby I think was a bit surprised as right before bed I completed day 18 last night. 19 will get done before bed tonight. I just completed 1 hour of jogging in the pool. I am loving this.
Days 16 and 17 done. I’ll do my best to catch up before february ends.
