Thought about skipping today since the schedule that I’m following doesn’t have a day 6​:thinking: I decided that wouldn’t be right since tomorrow is a rest day so Idid day 8’s exercises. Day 6 done! :joy:

Days 4 and 5 made up. Day 6 fell off the calendar, and 7 is a rest day. I’ll repeat Day 5 for good measure at the gym tomorrow.

Some may think these are easy small exercises but they can be rough lol. Good challenge. Small repetitions over the long run do some work.

Rested Day 6 but completed day 7 yesterday. I sure am felling those squats. Will return with Day 8 completed later.

They really do help! I started doing these challenges in November and my arms and core are so much stronger! Not to mention there have been some days that this was the only thing that got me moving.

I enjoy doing things like this also. During a busy week when it’s not always possible to gear up and go somewhere, entire house doubles as a gym!

Admittedly had to take care of some life stuff and a jammed pinky (oddly in the way TBH) But I am back… Days 5 and 8 complete. Look at so many of us pushing beyond the hurdles we’ve been given. It just kind of hit me. Way to go everyone :flexed_biceps: :sparkles: :black_heart:

Day 9 done! :white_check_mark: but that was it! I slept really bad last night, and didn’t go for a walk. Probably the wrong decision…
