I am out.
Doing lot of yoga and swimming.
And daily morning meditation.
I am fine with myself and the routines :sweat_smile:

I’m resting this morning and re-evaluating my relationship with squats. I’m still in this one I just have to find a way not to hurt myself while doing lots of squats that aren’t sloppy. :thinking: I might do a wall sit instead.

Day 8 exercises :heavy_check_mark: I added the round totals and then broke it up. The push-ups in 2 rounds and the squats into 3 sets of 40 and then the 2 planks. Whew!

Day 8a, then stretch then treadmill run. Next two days are taper/rest before a race Saturday morning.

It’s race #2 of a 3 month series. My numbness has almost completely disappeared, so I do feel good going into it.

Please, if you don’t already, stretch your calves, quads and hams before every run. Take the 15-20 minutes now and you will run for ages and ages! It took a season-robbing injury for me to learn this, and you don’t have to be as stubborn as me unless you wanna!

Well, against recommendations I caught up which in the end was a nice total body workout.

Day 7, 7b, 8 and 8b done. I still hate Burpees.
