Hello @Smootie8220
Just remember that when there, there is no pressure to share until you feel safe and comfortable to do so.
Until then soak in the shares of the stories others tell. They can open points of view that are otherwise unthought of, encourage you in places where you’ve succeeded, or need work, and grow the sense of feeling of belonging.
It is a safe space and your personal shares are held to a confidentiality agreement. What is shared there cannot be said anywhere else to anyone else.
I found that whenever I was scared to do something that was my addiction fueling and stoking the fires to keep me in its grasp. It is scared of losing its hold on you. The more you choose you, the more that grip loosens. It gets easier and easier. I began to be more honest, trusting, and loving of myself through this process, and I found that through that the love from others began increasing like a magnet sticks to a fridge door.
Don’t let fear dictate your health.
