Despite staying sober, i have finally managed to push everyone i know away because i would rather deal with things on my own and now im on my own and i know fine well it was my own fault, i really do hate the fact that even though i have overcome parts of my addiction and what led me to it that i will always have parts of me that are feel to damaged to ever be fixed again.

Just had one of them weeks where it feels like everything is gone wrong, and yeah tthats true it can only get better for me.

It’s a bit of a roller coaster ride this sobriety journey mate. Take the good with the bad and eventually it settles down to something like a level - ish run.

Yeah man true, and ive just been working alot so not been on the app to much other than the odd time
