Now it’s 9.25 p.m., laying on my sofa, sweating like hell because of the heat. I can say, I made my first birthday sober since years! And - very important - I liked it! I always had control, I felt honest and clear. My kids were just drinking 1 beer the whole dinner, my parents together 1 bottle of wine, and me only water. One second has been a little bit difficult, when a glas of wine stood suddenly in front of me. A short moment there as been like a reflex to take it and to drink.
But I regocnized it and just looked away.
I feel super and sober and still good looking!
