I’m new here so if I am posting redundantly, I apologize. I am almost clean for 2 years. I am struggling with having seasonal depression at the moment so I am trying to use this time productively. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on any good books, podcasts, Ted talks, and volunteer programs anything regarding motivation, growth, insight, anything beneficial that spoke to you. Also, If anyone has done any volunteer work in CT where they might be able to steer me in the right dir…
