Man the disappointment I cause my family is killing me. They were all so proud and I let them down. Flying by myself, sitting at an airport bar… I should’ve avoided the bar. 15 days and I screwed up. Well I’m not giving up and hope I can forgive myself for letting my family down.

Dont let guilt lead you, its a very strong emotion and its horrible. Remember its okay to make a mistake, everyone makes mistakes!
