Moving forward after detox I have been sticking to my program and following my goals I make with my drug counselor I keep contact with my sponsor and practice keeping my word. Holidays sober is heavy but was so wonderful and rewarding to be present this year

Congratulations on a Sober (we tend to call it clean in the UK) holiday.
You’re doing all the right things just keep on program and you’re good for the New Year.

Congratulations. What a great way to start this year @DrStrangeluv and btw loving your name. Now I’m wondering how many of us are old enough to know this Kubrick classic?!? Always have a mental snapshot of Slim Pickens riding the bomb when I think of this film. Look forward to seeing you around.

Holidays were far better than I could have ever asked for! Or even wished for! I’m doing very well working on finding a home group, I’ve got an awesome sponsor working the steps and getting in to my stuff with a trauma specialist so I’m so excited at hopeful for my future such a new feeling 🫶🏻:innocent:. And it was my birthday Jan. 10th

Thank you!! That’s actually where I got the name from I used it as my Modeling name back when I was doing modeling and photography my buisness cards had me on the bomber it was a lot of fun

Awe thank you so kindly!! I honestly usually stick to the clean label as well it feels more naturally fitting either way it feels nice to start the year on a good way and things have been flowing nicely I’ve started a 90&90 commitment to help me find a home group meeting. 90 meetings in 90 days !! I am in love with the fellowship in AA and NA:pray:

It so is and after such a painful break in my family I really lost hope that we could all pull together again. It was such a blessing. It was two suicides that caused the separation it’s been 6 years all my 5 siblings have baby’s now!!! And they are all so amazing I’m so I love with my life and happy to be **participating **
