Kinda proud of myself for getting the courage to get on this site, ive never had the strength to reach out or to rant , i just like to hold all this in, bur after 4 years of depression and self harm, i am trying to pick myself back up. Ive been clean for a week now and thats a big deal for me. I feel so.much better getting this all of my chest .
