Sugar dairy and white flour being the worst
Other kinds of food being okay in the proper limits.
I will try to track sugar and fried food. Are really harmful to me. Today day 0
I’m giving up food as of today also. And all drinks besides water and black coffee. I’ve tried many times before but I’m now sick of trying and failing. I’m tired of feeling ugly and sluggish I need a body reset.
