My son’s favorite lasagna for a diner with the grandparents for his eighteenth birthday (I survived). And five badges with pasta bolognese for him, made two badges of the sauce used in the lasagna. He is going to the gym recently and asked me if I could make some pasta

It turned out perfect for my taste
- 1 ½ cups plant-based milk - I used almond
- ¾ cup shelled raw unsalted pistachios
- ½ cup raw cashews
- ¼ cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or vanilla bean paste
- ¼ teaspoon almond extract (I omitted this)
- 1 pinch salt
Mix ins
- ½ cup shelled roasted unsalted pistachios, roughly chopped
I used a ice cream maker and may have churned too long as it was thick and not a soft serve.
Think you could blend for a good 10 min and let set in fridge too
