I just had one of those little stacks. In all fairness she did order the healthy baked oatmeal :yum: with quinoa  and fresh fruit.

I wonder how many people tried before the sign went up :joy:

That literally happened to my cousin this summer … set her pastry down and turned around to grab her coffee from the tray and a seagull swept in and grabbed that so damn quickly – then ate it in front of her

Capuchino is looking beautiful as are both your plates :yum:

Making the vanilla yogurt into a cinnabon yogurt is soooo much better. Once I mixed the protein powder in the yogurt mix was too much for one rice cake so ended up with two.

The aroma of cinnamon apple oatmeal always brings back nice childhood memories.

I agree. Sometimes will boil an apple with way too much cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg just to make the house smell good. Today is a roast, rosemary, garlic and onions. Aroma is amazing.

It is done. Nice thing of being alone I can put roast on plate and slice and eat. Turned out good. Put in pressure cooker. Would have loved a little rarer and will lower cook time next time. Tastes terrific. I have a growing basil plant on table and cut about 10 leaves and put on top before cooking. Nice added flavor.
