Egg salad & capers on little toasted Stonemill chia & supergrain fermented bread. With arugula micro greens. I mashed it all into a sandwich at my desk in my office
Burrito-type wraps I made and then threw in panini/sandwich press… with ground beef, onion, tomato, black beans, kale, shredded cheese
