It looks really good. I have been making my own peanut butter recently and serving with apples. I did make some cashew butter couple of weeks ago and that was a winner and did not last long. Hubby had with Bagels.

Dear @Dazercat, That chicken breast is HONEY mustard marinated. And NO I can’t taste it. Oddly, the only other thing on that sammie is mayo.
Tried some crispy ginger beef. Went very light on the sauce

It is pretty sad I didn’t take a picture of my chicken souvlaki plate. I also had lentil soup, which from the Greek side is a new dish for me.
I’m trying to hit 30g fibre every day w/o fail (dietician led), as well as hit 100-105g protein (gym led, ideal macros).
Linseed has joined my breakfast of protein and creatine. (This will provide about 5g fibre in just that bit in my yoghurt!)
Lunch: Moroccan spiced Couscous with feta, roasted corn, beetroot, roasted nuts, cucumber, tomatoes and avocado.
Tea: Roasted med vegetables with chicken in a paprika creme fraiche sauce with rice.
Is that a queso omelette ![]()
Naw but that would be yummy. I put some chick fa la sauce on there. I’ve done it before. It’s so good!
