Had a brisket sandwich and some coleslaw delivered from this barbecue place I like a lot called Sonny’s. I’ve been eating a lot of brisket sandwiches in the last couple months. I’m not sure what that’s about? I’m not even really sure what brisket is but I know that I like it and it seems like it probably has a lot of protein and calories which is what I need!!

Have you heard of a restaurant called Bono’s ? As far as barbecue places I usually go to Sonny’s or Bono’s .

Argh! I forgot to take a picture! It looked a lot like this:

If you ever want to make Tikka Masala, the premade sauce is pretty good. I generally make it from scratch but wasn’t my day to cook.

@Tito23 again, amazing!

@bluekoolaid_88 “Brisket is a cut of beef that comes from the lower breast or pectoral muscles of a cow.”
There are lots of recipes on the Internet for easy ways to cook a brisket in the oven or in a slow cooker. In times past lots of people like to use Coca-Cola also.
Usually briskets are large and therefore expensive. Should you end up cooking one you could freeze the leftovers. They are cooked long and slow. I’m glad that you found something that you’re enjoying eating.

Bon appetit everyone.
