Made a weird sauté sort of inspired by @Dazercat and a previous post. It was delicious.

Looks great :+1:
Is that a Polish Sausage?
What did you use to get a sauce.
Is that a little chicken broth?

I swear to God. I was thinking of asking you if I over cooked it a bit
Perfect rare.
I sometimes order my filets in restaurants Over Easy. Because you know a filet cooks up really fast. And I get these strange looks from the waiters.

Got a new crockpot for Christmas (probably because my husband dropped the previous one when he was going to clean it, it broke and he felt bad about it) it’s a little more advanced than the one I had and It has a soup setting. So naturally I had to try it. Taco Soup for dinner today, dairy amd gluten-free ofc and a store bought gluten-free bread. Because after like 6 months I still haven’t learned how to bake gluten and dairy free.

Ps. I did get a much wished for Nespresso too, and the possibility to make Starbucks coffee in different flavors at home hasn’t really been beneficial to my caffeine intake, but gosh it’s heavenly.

It was a smoked sausage and the sauce was mostly from cooked down mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, plus whatever other liquid came from the veggies. Didn’t add any liquid and was surprised it happened that way, actually. Only added cracked black pepper. Was nice that the liquid soaked into the brown rice.

Brioche bread trial today. Yummy! Looks much more golden yellow inside vs. the photo. I think I’ll try a different setting as it rose too high and squished against top of machine lol. But still tasty despite being squished

Today’s the capstone of vacation and shifting to some normalcy. Starting with bagel egg and salami brunch sandwich and some baby greens to lighten things up :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: Plus my favorite Refresh Mint tea from Tazo.

Tell me that’s not bacon on a donut :scream:
I would like that Oreo cookie one please.

However I do like peanut butter and bacon on a English muffin so maybe it wouldn’t be so bad.
Lovely morning you got going there.
:pray:t2::heart:

“Repurposed?!”
I love this :joy:
Not sure how it would sound  on a restaurant menu. But it could make a great Special.

I repurposed my bell peppers and Stuffed Them!!

Can’t believe I’ve never made them before. They came out pretty good.
