All your delicious dining out could be on an episode of Lifestyles of the Rich & Famous. You just need Robin Leach to narrate your menus
I love perusing menus from across the globe, so I live vicariously through you! Perhaps when I retire, I’ll have to check out some of these Arizona spots
Looks fancy
Thanks!! It didn’t taste fancy but it did the job
Preston’s
House Salad
Iceberg lettuce tossed in an Italian vinaigrette with thinly sliced red onions, carrots, croutons, kalamata olives and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
Blackened Alaskan Halibut
Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes
I found another new restaurant. Of course we did. I think I’m going to move in and just live here.
Eggstasy.
Roasted Veggie Skillet
broccoli, onions, green peppers, kale, tomatoes, cheese over medium eggs. Side apple chicken Sausage and marble rye
Blackberry Jasmin green tea.
Not sure I’ll be ordering the chocolate bacon though. Whether I’m doing sugar or not.
Milwaukee eats!
East Town Kitchen & Bar
Warm jumbo pretzel with Wisconsin queso and stone ground mustard
Chop Chop - chopped salad with grilled chicken, romaine, charred corn, baby tomato, bacon, blue cheese and chipotle ranch
Eric had the Double Barrel burger with bacon - lettuce, pickle, caramelized onion, American cheese, secret sauce.
Good City Brewing (great rooftop section on a gorgeous day!)
Falafel Wrap (sooooo good!) - house made falafel, chipotle red pepper hummus, and shredded lettuce on an Angelic Bakehouse seven grain sprouted wrap and a side of cucumber dill tzatziki sauce.
Eric had the Fried Chicken Sandwich - Southern fried chicken and pickles with Sriracha Russian sauce and a cup of jalapeño coleslaw. Side of curry fries (Mmmm!!!)
Soba noodle salad for lunch. I got yelled at for being on my feet longer than I was supposed to be. Needed to make myself some good food though!
Had to upgrade to a bigger bowl after making it and not having enough room to stir everything in the smaller bowl.
Soba noodle salads are one of my favorite “summer” things! Looks gorgeous. Now, time to figure out how to sit and chop with leg elevated!
They’re one of my favorites in the summer too! I contemplated sitting and chopping at the table but I’ve gotten so restless in a short amount of time. There was pretty much no pain at that moment and I just needed to be up for awhile.
Good time to do it, then! Glad to hear about the little pain so far and hope that continues. Now to add ingredients to my grocery list for my own salad
Egg battered pan seared Chilean Sea Bass in a black bean and onion sauce
Dry Sautéed String Beans
And veggie fried rice
Best Sea Bass ever.
Of course we had the vegetarian spring rolls. Just scroll back to Monday night if you want to see them again
It looks like fun and it all looks great
I’ve never had curry fries. They sound delicious.
Back to The Greenhouse
CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP
avocado, pico de gallo, queso blanco, sour cream.
ICEBERG WEDGE
avocado, egg, onion, applewood bacon, blue cheese.
The salad was better after I asked for some blue cheese dressing. I thought since the menu didn’t actually say blue cheese dressing maybe it’s a new thing. Less calories. But apparently someone forgot to put the dressing on there.
I was gonna say! No blue cheese on a wedge salad?!? Lol!
We get those Crav’n pizzas too, not too bad.
