Brothy noodle (ramen) bowls with tinned salmon and veg I had on hand. Garnished with basil and chives. Everything is gonna have basil and chives at this rate.

Breakfast. On a salmon kick lately, I guess. My aunt in Texas sent me this Trader Joe’s everything bagel seasoning and it’s so good!

Chef Fred’s Pastrami at The Meadow.
Pastrami, crispy fried tobacco onions, Fred’s beer mustard, on a toasted Kaiser roll.
Trying to be healthy with fresh fruit on the side. But deep down I’m screaming for the fries.
You’re ahead of me! The birds usually eat most of my sweet cherries. They ignore my pie cherries though.
Another interesting salad, this time with cold cheese tortellini, a few shrimp, artichoke hearts, crispy prosciutto, red onion, grape tomatoes, feta and a fresh grated tomato based vinaigrette with garlic and oregano, on a bed of baby lettuces. A couple queen olives for fun. I thought it might taste heavy, but quite the opposite. Nice change of pace. Will do again!
I am finally learning how to make tamagoyaki, rolled omelette, that you make in this special pan. Only took 19 years.
