Nothing special, we are still in survival mode. I got a store (fresh) made potato soup and added more boiled potatoes, puréed with the immersion blender and added some shrimp my husband grilled plus green onion on top. It tasted good on my stomach that isn’t feeling great.

Was really in the mood for some fruits. Strawberries and apples with some yogurt on top and a protein shake on the side.

Breakfast was blackberry, nectarine and banana fruit salad (really PERFECT ripeness on all of them.) Not sure if it was my hunger…but it was possibly my favorite combination of fruits for fruit salad EVER.

Clear the Fridge-ttata with pepper, onion, mushroom, sun dried tomato and Kalamata olives.

Clear the Fridge Lunch: dressed Greens with leftover grilled mushrooms, onion, peppers, zucchini and squash and freshly grilled hot Italian sausage
