Hard to video the freezing up
..it all just seized up and I can’t scroll up or down and no longer have the arrow available to reply to the post / thread. I have tclose the app and restart in order to start posting again.

I have not seen the reload issue in a day or so. Not sure if it already got addressed.

I tried to paste a link here and the “paste” would not show up ..had to close and restart and then I was able to paste

I use Safari browser with an iPhone updated iOS software, latest software. ( Not the app )

In the private messaging, I am unable to open the message box more than two or three lines.

I keep hitting return to try to open it more, but it doesn’t.

I can continue to type blindly and hit send and it will be there.

Sometimes I can get a few more lines. I’m not sure how I get it. My workaround should be write it somewhere else and copy it and paste it into the message box.

I don’t message that much but when I do, this is what happens.

It could be my user error, but I don’t think so.

While I’m writing a post… I went to get a gif and when I returned I saw the reload…when I hit reload…most of my recent typing was erased. This just started happening very recently

Is anyone else having an issue with the app launching on their phone? I have restarted several times and it will not work - doesn’t even open. @moderators

I’m not having any issues. Check your version. I’m using the latest 4.2.12

That’s what I have, too. Three days, won’t open. I tested pretty much every other app and they all open fine. Hmph. I mean I only use it for my day count and daily quotes and posting pics. :rofl:

I can open up the app but it seems to freeze up and stop to reload more frequently…like now it has an issue every few minutes whereas before it was a few times a day. Also only having trouble with this app.

@Lisa07 Thanks both of you. I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it’s fine. Mmmmmm—-alrighty then.

EDIT to add…..Though my entire front page history is goneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee for almost 10 years.

Did you try to sync from the cloud? Click on settings on the app, then click cloud sync.

It only shows back up from today. Logged in or not, I think removing it broke it. It’s not a big ol’ problem. My daily quote is back and ability to upload photos is back. All good. It may have broken my “history” but I have been working on sobriety for decades. :kissing_heart:

Hello @Robin I believe there is an issue with the web certificate expiring or expired.

Yep, I can’t access TS on the app or on a browser. I’m currently on Samsung Internet safe mode as a work around.

SSL Certificate Expired, Robin has to renew it.

Yrs, thank you Petr and others!! It is supposed to renew automatically, but did not. We reached out to Robin to let him know and he took care of it. :slightly_smiling_face:

I’m not sure what may have changed, but on my iPad, it is easier to pinch zoom pictures. @Dazercat, you might want to pay attention! I cannot pinch zoom the picture in the thread, but a tap on the picture pops it onto the foreground and there I can pinch zoom. I am on the latest version from the App Store, 4.2.11, on an iPad 10th gen, and iOS 18.7.1.
