Fridays are the worst. It’s was 30 days for me yesterday & cos it was a Friday I felt anxious & jittery but I had a curry & I felt a lot better. So eating helps! Definitely enjoying eating. Glad another Friday night is done & ive woken up early feel fresh, clean & great! X

Thanks everyone your suggestions are all great and I will have chocolate on standby for next Friday! And the puzzles I think will be a big help to. Well the good news is I made it so roll on the next day xx
