So, I manage the direct mail marketing program for a small casino. When a guest uses their players card they get offers in the mail, that’s my doing. We updated our campaign management software and apparently we are the first property to be using it because it wasn’t working right. Basically, I had to redo all the work I did previously did and undo a lot of things manually, as it put some 30K wrong offers on 10K accounts! Anyways, been on a call with the engineers trying to work out the bugs and trying to convince them that they aren’t features

Enjoying some time with my fella watching funny tv before he heads out for a weekend trip tomorrow morning. This week kicked my ass physically, mentally and emotionally but I’m doing ok right now. We got some great news today and that helped lift my spirits, too. I’m actually looking forward to a little alone time this weekend for reflection and a reset.
