I have a cake recipe that uses 8 eggs. We’ve only been able to get hold of coconut flour as apparently everyone in the UK has now taken up baking to get through lockdown

Finally getting around to watch Philadelphia after nearly 30 years. While the title song always has been one of my (if not the) favourite Bruce song(s).
And will continue watching Bull. It’s a bit slow and I quit half way through before but I like the story and imagery and want to finish it.

Friday night here. Hubby had to go back in to work. So I get a break from the stabby cut cut beheading shows, so I’m watching The Office I bed with popcorn instead. Feels good. I miss mindless comedies

Happy spring, y’all!
This odd sight is part of my garden, covered with every bucket and pail I could find. It is supposed to be record breaking cold here over the next two nights - with a heavy frost. My tomatoes will be chilly.
Other than that? Getting my young 'uns to sleep, making some bread dough and watching some Grateful Dead.
