I have just started reading a book called Braiding Sweetgrass - your post reminds me of it. The lady who wrote it has American Indian/ indigenous (sorry, not sure the best way to describe it!) and the way she talks about the natural world is just so captivating. Totally in love with everything she has to say so far!

Yes, still training, Third weekend in September now. I’ve had the crazy idea about doing it again in the evening of the Saturday.
Basically they run three over the weekend so if you want you can do all three and it’s called Trident. If I do the High Moon it’ll just be a Double Tap.
I’ve still got time to book on if I decide to.

35°C here (95°F) and humid.
I’ll fly thru the grocery store now so I won’t have to get out any more. It will get hotter outside, that’s not the max yet
