Hubby’s gone away on ATV trip with guys. I’m going to have a wild weekend with my little guy. I’m looking forward to snacks and tv when he goes to bed

The level of exhaustion I’ve had over the last 40 days has been deleterious. I have not been this tired since Liam was born, and maybe not even then. I’ve been having issues with my vision the last 4 days it’s been so bad.

Get yourself some rest and take care. That vision issue is nothing to mess with. Your body is telling you what it needs - REST!!

Are therapists ever “right” tho? I mean don’t we really really know ourselves better? I mean how can they know anything if they never walked a day in our hooves? I am a unique creature of the universe that has never existed before and will never exist again!

At our first appointment I basically said that I needed to be called out on things if it was going to work for me. Even with a little bit of sobriety under my belt I can still be manipulative and if I’m not kept in check I could very easily start to dominate my own treatment in the wrong way.

Was Liam colicky? My son was the first 3 month; it was awful!
Is it Friday? I think it is Saturday, tho my parent usually come to dinner on Sunday and they just left, so maybe it is Sunday? No, not Sunday, I didn’t get the Sunday NY Times delivered today.

Not exactly. He just didn’t sleep. For like the first 8 months. It’s been rough with him, and a lot of other stuff going on right now, the last month.

Atlantic City!! Ironically the last time I was there was the beginning of the end. I went in 2013 for a bachelor party. Hadn’t done heroin in 4 years. Found some there. 3 years later I was in rehab!
