I have to share this, it’s just too good to not share it
When I can’t sleep I browse the internet for gardening videos and reels. Came across some badass asian woman using a joint brusher - this rotating brush thing you use to clean your paved driveways from weed - to keep the weed at bay around her trees. I have multiple battery operated tools from Einhell, they manufacture such thingy too, bought it (was around 100 euro) and tried it. What can I say? On dry soil it works well! Spares me hours of back-breaking weeding with manual tools and saves time. A gamechanger when your rototiller is out of order because your tractor needs maintenance. Now off to planting :folded_hands::+1:

If this is Grandma’s bonnet / Agapanthus then it’s one of my very favourite flowers ever, along with snakes head fritallary (Harlequin variety especially). I’ll have a field of them one day alongside poppies and those pretty weeds.

If it’s not Grandma’s bonnet, then it’s still a nice hat all the same.

It’s one of my favorites too. They are special where I live for they are the Colorado State Flower. I have seeds for all the different colors but so far I can only get the blues to grow.
Your field is going to be amazing!
